Caving and extreme adventure activities carry inherent risks of serious injury or death. Undertowashhollow strongly recommends that all users receive proper training from qualified instructors before using any of our equipment.

Undertowashhollow is not responsible for injuries, death, or property damage resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for the safe use of our equipment. Undertowashhollow provides training resources and recommendations, but assumes no liability for outcomes.

7. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on Undertowashhollow website, you are making an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Undertowashhollow. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order for any reason. Payment must be received before items are shipped unless other arrangements have been made.

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers. Undertowashhollow does not store full credit card information on our servers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Undertowashhollow uses professional shipping carriers to deliver orders. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs delays and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Opened or used items may not be eligible for return unless defective. Life-safety gear (helmets, harnesses, ropes) cannot be returned or refunded once opened, as their integrity cannot be verified after use.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

10. Warranties

All products carry manufacturer warranties as specified in their documentation. Helmets and harnesses carry an 18-month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Ropes carry a 2-year warranty from manufacture date. Extended warranties may be available for select products.

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered by warranty.

11. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Undertowashhollow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Undertowashhollow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
